This salve is good for scratches, scrapes, rashes and dry skin. The plantain is an antihistamine, blood coagulant, and antiseptic. The pine sap is an antiseptic and an anti-fungal. This salve is made by hand from the fresh herbs grown locally or wild harvested (eucalyptus Hawaii) & pine sap (black hills). The infusions are made in Plantain, Eucalyptus, Sage, Ginger, Willow, Osha, Birch, Pine sap and bees wax. Made by Rona Johnston Cherokee. I began making this salve years ago when grandma an old Menominee lady told me I should make it to help my baby daughter who always had a rash. All ingredients are non toxic if ingested.
